If you thought you had to forget about smoothies while on the keto diet, this could not be further from the truth!

There are many delicious and filling keto smoothie recipes and I want to share one of the best ones with you.

This raspberry and cream keto smoothie takes only 5 minutes to make and is a great breakfast alternative for those fed up with eating eggs. In my opinion, it’s the closest you can get to a real smoothie while on the keto diet.

Whilst fruit is generally a big no on the keto diet, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries are the only exceptions.  In small amounts, they are allowed on the keto diet.

This keto recipe uses raspberries which happens to be my favorite fruit.

Without further ado, let’s dive straight into the recipe!
